Amazing! I called Friday for a Sunday move (the very last weekend of month) and Jon – customer happiness point of contact – was professional, friendly and really helpful. He booked my move for Sunday and followed up with a very thorough email to recap all logistics + share some packing/moving tips. Tom and Tim (my two movers) texted me their ETA as they were driving to my place. They were also really professional and friendly. They packed my studio quickly, not loosing any time. I got a ride in their truck and we got to my new place. With the same quick efficiency, they unloaded the truck and moved my boxes in all the right rooms. The entire move lasted less than two hours. I will never ever try to book a uhaul like I did before and move my things myself. They saved me easily 5-6 hours of my day. Highly recommend!
