We hired Local N Long Distance Movers for a short move to the next town, first floor apartment to second floor apartment. They checked in a couple days before to confirm and ask if we needed anything else. The day of, they called me to give me an estimated time of arrival, which was within the 1 hour window I had been told. The two movers that arrived were very efficient. They went over the contract and then quickly got to work. I appreciated that they wrapped the furniture in blankets to avoid damage. I certainly would not have done that had I just gotten a U-haul myself. From their arrival to completing the unload at the new place, it was approximately 2.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this company.
